Oversized items such as refrigerators, freezers, and mattresses can be scheduled for pickup during this period.\nTo schedule your pickup, contact the Village Clerk at 518.853.4335 x 20 or email services@villageoffonda.ny.gov to arrange your appointed date and time.\nPlease note that charges for special items will be passed through in accordance with the Montgomery County Solid Waste 2024 Rate Schedule dated 5/1/2024.\nPayments must be made at the time of the scheduled pickup. Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Check, or Money Order. Exact cash is required for cash payments, and a receipt will be provided. The Village of Fonda reserves the right to reject any unacceptable materials.\nItems and Fees:\n\nRefrigerators and Freezers: $20.00/Unit\nSmall Items Fee (air conditioners, dehumidifiers, water coolers, empty propane tanks): $5.00/Unit\nTires 20 inches and below (off the rim): $8.00/Tire\nTires 20.5 inch – 24.5 (off the rim): $12.00/Tire\nTires mixed with Municipal Solid Waste: $20.00/Tire +\nFluorescent Bulbs: $0.40/Unit\n\nConstruction debris, regular household biodegradable trash, and landscaping debris are prohibited.\nProof of residency is required at the time of pickup.\nTake advantage of this opportunity to clean up your property!
