About This Solicitation
The Village of Fonda is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified engineering firms for Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) preparation services.
This solicitation is conducted pursuant to the 2025–2028 Region 2 Local Design Services Agreement List, which authorizes the Village to select an Approved Preparer (AP) Engineer outside of the standard Request for Qualifications process.
