About This Solicitation
The Village of Fonda is seeking qualifications from qualified independent firms to conduct a comprehensive review and, where warranted, redesign of the Village's water system financial, rate, customer-classification, and billing structures.
The Village seeks a practical, legally supportable, and transparent framework that responsibly funds water system operations while distributing costs as fairly as practicable among users.
Interested firms must review the complete RFQ and all applicable solicitation documents before submitting qualifications.

Qualifications are due October 23, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. ET. Submissions must be received — not merely sent — by the deadline. Firms are responsible for reviewing the complete RFQ for all submission requirements.
