To All Residents of the Village of Fonda (Montgomery County) –

Montgomery County is conducting a survey in order to receive information regarding those who would be interested in being vaccinated once Montgomery County enters the Phase where the General Public is eligible to do so.

We currently do not have COVID-19 vaccine available to the public.

The information will be helpful in regards to following up with those interested once the vaccine becomes available and will not be used for any other purposes.
