I want to get the word out to our senior citizens of available food assistance from the Montgomery County Office for Aging, Inc.
If you are a senior citizen or know of a senior citizen that requires assistance with essential foods, there is help! Office for the Aging is delivering essential foods to those seniors who do not have the resources to get groceries.

As a result of COVID19, we are taking the following actions to keep our clients, employees, and other county residents safe. These changes are currently in effect and will be until further notice.
The office located at 135 Guy Park Avenue in Amsterdam will remain open Monday through Friday with our regular office hours of 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to accept phone calls. The office will be closed to the public and will not receive visitors. Any matters that need to be addressed can be done by calling the office at 518-843-2300.
Our Canajoharie satellite office located at 28 Church St. is closed. Clients can call our main office at 518-843-2300.
