Law Enforcement Agencies in New York State have been required by the Governor to participate in Police Reform and Reinvention Collaboration before April 1, 2021.
In Montgomery County all of the Law Enforcement Agencies conducted a meeting together and have started this process. Sheriff Smith asks that you take a few moments to complete the survey through the link provided.

Our agencies have also completed many things working towards improvements like, a stakeholder meeting, updated trainings, participation in group discussions and office evaluations/policy review.
