We are pleased to announce the next phase of our branch lobbies reopening beginning on Monday, July 6th, 2020.

Previously, our branches were accessible using the drive-up and walk-up windows and last week our lobbies reopened by-appointment-only.

On Monday, July 6th our branch lobbies are fully reopening without the need to call for an appointment. We appreciate your patience and are looking forward to welcoming you back into our branches.

What we’re doing to keep our customers and employees safe:

  • Regular Monitoring We will continue to monitor coronavirus health information and updates to ensure the proper level of safety is maintained throughout our branch network.
  • Cleaning Increased employee training and cleaning for all branches has been implemented with an extra focus on high-touch surfaces like ATMs, doors, counters, and drive-up windows.
  • Social Distancing We will be limiting the number of customers in our lobbies to ensure proper social distancing. Directional signage has been installed to assist in this effort.
  • Preventative Measures We have enacted multiple safety measures to help keep our employees and customers safe while conducting business.
    • Employees will wear face coverings and participate in daily health assessments.
    • Plexiglass screens are in place on our teller lines and customer service desks.
    • Floor stickers have been added in branches to clearly indicate proper social distancing.
    • Hand sanitizer stations will be available in all our locations.

How you can help us stay safe:

  • Please wear a face covering in order to enter our branches. If you do not have a face covering, please consider using our ATMs or drive-up and walk-up windows.
  • Be sure to have photo identification. We may ask customers to briefly remove face coverings to help us identify you.
  • If you are ill or prefer to continue conducting transactions outside of our lobbies, please know that our ATMs, drive-up and walk-up windows are always an option.
  • Additionally, you can enroll in our digital banking services where you can check balances and transactions in real-time, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, and open accounts 24/7.

We will continue to monitor local and regional coronavirus health impacts, maintain close coordination with local government and health officials, and adhere to state and federal guidelines.
