The Mohawk Valley entered Phase 4 on Friday, June 26th. Business Owners must read the detailed guidelines HERE and provide their digital signature affirming that they have read and understood the document.
The Phase IV guidelines apply to non-essential businesses in regions permitted to reopen, essential businesses throughout the state that were previously allowed to remain open, and commercial and recreational activities permitted to operate statewide with restrictions. If published guidance is not available for your specific industry, but you are allowed to reopen, please refer to the NY Forward Safety Plan template.
