For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Fonda
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Fonda will hold a Public Hearing on March 13, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Office, 8 E. Main St., Fonda, New York, regarding the renewal of the cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Fonda and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.
A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Clerk’s office, 8 E. Main St., Fonda, New York. At such a public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement if necessary.
