New York State has created a “Travel Enforcement Program” communicated from the Governor’s Office. This program goes into effect on July 14, 2020.

The Village of Fonda instituted a Travel Advisory on March 30, 2020, that continues to today. Our concern is for people traveling from any heavily impacted areas to our community.

Although the state has deemed this an advisory, they have now placed fines they may leverage for non-compliance.
