Due to inconclusive results from previous water tests, we will be collecting additional samples from residents in the affected area and conducting further tests starting today, Monday, August 26, 2024, through Wednesday, August 28, 2024, in accordance with the NYS Health Department guidelines.

The Boil Water Order for those who lost water in the Route 5 West and Hickory Hill Road area on August 21st will remain in effect until further notice. Just so you know, this order applies only to water consumption and not to general household use, such as bathing. For more information, please visit NYS Health Department Drinking Water Information.

Bottled water is being distributed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM at the Village Municipal Building. If you are unable to collect water during these hours and need to make alternative arrangements, please contact the Village Clerk.
