Mayor Peeler has issued a Level 2 Snow Emergency Effective 8:00 PM, Monday, March 13, 2023, until further Notice.
The Village of Fonda Department of Public Works team will be out throughout the storm to clear streets as safe as possible.
Thank you for everyone’s cooperation.
A Level 2 Snow Emergency is defined as the following:
- No Parking on Village Streets or State Roadways within the Village Limits.
- No Unnecessary Travel – if you are required to report to work by your employer, you may do so.
- School Authorities and Businesses Make Their Determination to suspend or Canceling School, School Activities, or Business Operations.
Please stay home and be safe if you do not need to be on the roadways. Please check on loved ones, friends, and neighbors who might be sheltered and need assistance.
